What time do you wake up? What time do you get to the office? If you pushed yourself could you wake up an hour or so earlier? What more could you achieve in your day if you really put your mind to it?
You could take that time to go to the gym or yoga or get in the office early and make things happen before anyone else has even walked in the door.
