I just got off a plane this morning from, Coast Town South Africa back to London. Its a flight I’ve done many times over the years and it’s one of my favourites. It’s an 11 and half hour flight straight up which leaving in the evening means your back into London before 7am ready for your day. With only one hour time difference at the moment there’s no jet lag. It also gives me a chance to reflect on my personal and family goals and update them. If I know what my goals are, I know what activity in need to put in to hit those goals. I use the Evernote app on my iPhone to make a list and update them as I achieve hen and drop off the ones when complete. For me it’s a never ending list as I’m always adding goals once I’ve competed them. How do you manage your own goals?
