Setting yourself goals
Recruitment can be a simple game. Your goal should be to place your candidiates and to do that your going to need to get them the right interviews. To make that happen your going to need to create those requirements and to get those requirements you’ll need to either be given an account to manage or to develop your own clients which often will involve many meetings. If these are the activities that lead to the result, what targets can you set yourself weekly and even daily to achieve to move your closer and to keep more than one plate spinning? Can you put a daily target on your desk and make sure you complete it each day before you go.
Don’t wait for someone else to set goals for you, you should want to do this yourself to attain your goals.
